The programme follows the same structured progression per leader:
Sessions 1–3: 90-minute deep-reset sessions, recommended weekly
Sessions 4–5: 60-minute maintenance and optimisation sessions, recommended weekly
Sessions are delivered individually — privately and confidentially — either at our treatment rooms or on-site at your premises.
